At Pa'chulearte, we want you to love your purchase. As our products are made-to-order through print-on-demand services, our return and exchange policy is as follows:

1. Order Issues

Damaged or Defective Items: If your product arrives damaged or has a manufacturing defect, please email us within 30 days of delivery at pachulearte.anelgonzalez@outlook.com with a description and clear photos of the issue. We will arrange a replacement or refund at no extra cost.
Incorrect Size Exchanges: If you need a different size, you may return the item to us at your own expense. Once we receive the returned product in its original condition, we will send the correct size. Please check our size charts carefully before ordering to avoid sizing issues.

2. Return Process

Initiating a Return: To request a return, email us at pachulearte.anelgonzalez@outlook.com within 30 days of delivery, including your order number and details of the issue.
Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs for size exchanges. For defective or damaged items, we will cover the shipping costs.
Return Address: We will provide the return address via email once your return request is approved.

3. Refunds and Replacements

Processing: Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will process your replacement or refund within 7 business days.
Refunds: Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method.

4. Non-Returnable Items

Items that are not damaged or defective and were ordered incorrectly (e.g., wrong size, change of mind) cannot be refunded but may be exchanged (customer covers return shipping).
